Password reset guide
If you’ve forgotten your RHS Plants Account password, don’t worry, we’ve put together this handy step by step guide so you can quickly access your account again and enjoy all it’s benefits.
Please note: RHS Plants and RHS.org.uk have separate logins — accounts are not linked.
Step 2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Email link'. It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive.
Step 3. In your email inbox, open the email from RHS Plants with the subject ‘Your password reset link’. You may need to check your junk mail. In the email, click ‘Reset my password’.
Step 4. Enter the same email address you used previously and your new password. The new password can’t be the same as one you've used before and must be at least 6 characters with at least 1 letter and 1 number. Then confirm password and click 'Reset my password'.
