Hanging basket pulley
This simple retractable pulley makes it easy to water and tend to hanging baskets without getting out the step ladder. Baskets can be smoothly lowered to a more manageable height for watering, deadheading, etc, then returned to your preferred position. It’s quick and simple to set up - just attach the sturdy metal carabiners to your bracket and basket.
