Marvellous, mid-blue flowers from April to September and glossy, golden leaves with dark green margins. This striking, variegated, evergreen plant is excellent groundcover for a small, sunny border. Introduced in 2001, the trailing stems of Vinca minor 'Illumination' are ideal for softening hard landscaping or for spilling over the edges of a hanging basket.

How to care for Vinca minor Illumination:

Plant into a well-prepared border or woodland margin with plenty of organic matter (well-rotted compost) - Vinca does not like to dry out during the summer.

To prevent the plant from spreading, cut back any unwanted shoots in spring, and where necessary, lift and divide congested clumps at this time.
