Packed with vitamin C and a healthy dose of A, B and D, ‘Jermor’ boasts a delightfully sweet taste. It's perfect for sauces, dressings and salads, and it stores well. Each pack will come with growing instructions.
How to care for shallot Jermor:
Plant shallot sets in fertile, well-drained soil from September to February, spacing them 15cm (6in) apart in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Keep the soil lightly weeded and watered while the plants establish to encourage strong growth. Lift the shallots when the tops begin to yellow and the bulbs are mature, usually around 24-26?weeks, then allow them to dry thoroughly before using or storing.
