A bushy, upright deciduous shrub, Fuchsia ‘Dollar Prinzessin’ has waxy cerise-crimson sepals that recurve away from the deep purple petals, veined red, beneath.
This popular, double-flowering fuchsia, makes an attractive specimen for border edges or patio pots. Alternatively, given time and a little formative pruning, it can be grown on to create a glorious, miniature, tree-like standard.
A fabulous addition to shadier areas, combine it with Begonia ‘Pink Giant’ and enjoy a long-lasting display that won't scrimp on colour.

How to care for Fuchsia Dollar Prinzessin:
To encourage growth, pinch out the growing tips of young plants after the sixth or seventh pair of leaves. During the growing season water regularly, and apply a balanced liquid fertiliser each month. Protect plants from frost with horticultural fleece and a thick organic mulch to protect the roots. Once established, in early to mid-spring cut back the previous year's flowering stems to within one or two buds of the older woody framework.
