These twisted steel spheres bring shape and structure to borders and other planted areas. The looping steelwork has a loose, almost hand-drawn quality, so they make an interesting feature without feeling too formal.

Nestle one among grasses or perennials and they can grow up, through and around the open framework, softening the shape as the season goes on. They also look good left uncovered, particularly in winter when there's less happening in the garden.
