This heavy-duty DeWit serrated knife, also known as a farmer’s dagger, is based on the traditional Japanese hori hori. The blade is 5mm thick and sharpened on both sides to create a tough all-purpose tool.

Hori means ‘to dig’, and the blade is really useful for carving out planting holes, especially for bulbs, but you’ll find yourself using it for much more.

It’s excellent for prising out tap rooted weeds like dandelions and thistles, and all kinds of sawing and slicing jobs too. Keep it close at hand to open up compost sacks, slice through gnarly roots, cut lengths of twine and split perennials.

Though the point is sharp, it can be safely stashed away in a holster and worn on your belt. Made from steel with a solid oval ash handgrip and supplied in a presentation box.

Measurements:
W4.5cm x D3cm x L33cm (blade W4cm x L17cm)
Weight 0.35kg

Please note: it is an offence to sell knives and other cutting tools to persons under the age of 18. By ordering this item, you are declaring that you are at least 18 years of age.
