A light and comfortable alternative to a traditional potato fork, this smaller model includes a bowed ash shaft and shaped T-handle to limit strain on the back, hands and wrists.

Made from tough boron steel, the three flattened oval tines make it easy to uproot potatoes and other root crops while reducing the risk of piercing and bruising.

It also makes a great lightweight fork for turning, aerating and general cultivation of beds and borders.

Please note: take care not to place excessive strain on wooden handles when levering out roots or rocks in very firm soil. To help, water the area well to soften ground first. A crowbar may be more suitable for very heavy or stubborn obstacles.
