A prolifically cropping eggplant with long, elegant, slender fruits of glossy dark purple, produced in abundance on big, sturdy plants. Fruits mature early so you'll get a good crop even in a less-than-perfect summer.

How to care for aubergine Moneymaker F1:
Plant out from late May, after all threat of frost has passed, 45cm (18in) apart into grow bags or into the greenhouse border. Water well and feed fortnightly with tomato feed. Support with canes as the plants grow and pinch out the top of the plant once it's 45cm (18in) high to encourage bushy growth and more fruits.
