A simple, well-made tool for making neat rows in the veg patch. The heart-shaped head pulls smoothly through prepared soil, creating a shallow trench for sowing seeds or setting out young plants.

Once things are off and growing, you can use it as a hoe for light cultivating and keeping on top of weeds between rows. The length also works well in raised beds with a kneeler, giving you enough reach without needing to crouch or bend.

The forged steel head runs into a curved shank, which gives a more natural working angle, and is set into the ash handle with a ferrule for a strong, secure fit.
