These low-growing perennials are much-loved for their large, dark-eyed flowers, which have velvet-like petals that open up to form gorgeous saucers. Traditionally anemone bulbs (tubers) are planted in spring and will produce flowers in early summer, however if they are planted later (up to the end of June), they will flower from August to October.

How to care for Patriotic garden anemone collection:
Plant pre-soaked tubers 5-8cm deep and 15cm apart in light, sandy soil in a sunny, protected site. Cover with a cloche or dry mulch to protect against extreme winter weather.
