coral bells

Product Image
A mound forming herbaceous perennial with pale green foliage and larger leaves than some other cultivars. Heuchera villosa ‘Autumn Bride’ flowers from from June and provides mid- to late summer interest as some of the earlier summer flowers are beginning to flop.

These delicate white blooms are held on upright stems and offer a gentle highlight in areas of partial shade in the garden.

How to care for Heuchera villosa Autumn Bride:

Plant 30-45cm (12-18in) apart in moderately fertile, moist, but well-drained soil, incorporating compost to improve drainage and fertility. Keep well watered and remove tatty foliage in autumn.

Lift and divide clumps every couple of years in early autumn and re-plant with the crown just above the surface of the soil. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of well-rotted organic matter around the base of the plant in spring.
