Low-growing and easy to place, the award-winning Eschscholzia californica ‘Apricot Chiffon’ forms neat clumps of finely cut, blue-green foliage, topped with silky blooms in shades of apricot, coral and soft pink. Some flowers open simply, others with extra layers, giving a gentle mix of forms that keeps things interesting across the season.
Best in full sun and free-draining soil, it’s well suited to gravel gardens, borders or containers where soil conditions aren't overly rich. Once it gets going, it needs very little input, quietly getting on with flowering for weeks on end.
