Terracotta ruffle vase with glazed interior
This delicate and curvaceous hand-thrown ruffle vase comes with a glazed interior to help it retain water. Used indoors it makes an elegant pot cover - the gentle undulating rim is perfect for plants to spill over naturally. Or you could plant directly inside to create a living vase display. Although designed to be watertight, we would recommend placing it on a saucer.
The vase is handmade in Turkey from local clay and high temperature fired for durability. Over time, the terracotta will age to an attractive patina as the salts slowly leach to the surface.
