Terracotta ruffle pot with glazed saucer
Our outdoor terracotta ruffles proved so popular we’ve made these ones you can use indoors too. The pots are hand thrown then carefully pinched to give them their signature wavy rim. Suitable for direct planting, they come with a large drainage hole and a matching clear glazed saucer to catch any excess after watering.
As indoor/outdoor pots, these are great for half-hardy plants like pelargoniums. You can enjoy them in the garden in the warmer months, then move them indoors for safekeeping over winter.
The pots are made in Turkey from local clay and fired to 1080°C for frost resistance. Over time they will age to an attractive patina as the salts slowly leach to the surface.
