A firm favourite for many years, these tough and endearing bedding plants are easy to grow from seed and will flower for several months from late winter to late spring. The plants that make up the Sweet William 'Indian Carpet' mix are resistant to the heat, cold and rain and come in shades of red, rose and white (as well as bicolours).

How to care for sweet william Indian Carpet:

For best results, plant Sweet William 'Indian Carpet' in blocks rather than rows, it thrives in sunny or partially shaded spots with well-draining, neutral to slightly alkaline soil. Water regularly but avoid overwatering, and feed with a balanced fertilser to promote blooming. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong flowering and cut back after blooming for tidy growth.
