Sansevieria trifasciata var. laurentii
mother-in-law's tongue or variegated snake plant

Mottled grey-green snake-like markings weave their way across long sword-like leaves. This award-winning houseplant has striking creamy-yellow margins. These robust plants can have a slightly weather-beaten appearance, sometimes with rough, brown edges and occasionally some minor leaf cracking can be seen. This does not affect the long-term health or vigour of the plant and simply adds to its charm!
Please note that the pot in the photograph is not supplied with the plant (which is sent out in a simple nursery alternative), but we have a wide and wonderful range on our website to choose from.

How to care for Sansevieria trifasciata var. laurentii:
Allow the soil to dry out completely before watering. Water thoroughly and allow to drain freely. Do not allow the plant to sit in water as this will cause root rot.
