'Red Shades' copes with dry conditions and thrives in any well-drained soil in a sunny spot. This upright red cultivar is also perfect for a bold splash of colour in pots and containers and if deadheaded regularly, will carry on flowering right up to the first frosts.

How to care for Geranium Red Shades:
Pot up and grow on in the greenhouse until all risk of frost has passed and they can be planted out. Pinch out the growing tips to encourage bushier growth, and feed regularly with a high-potash fertiliser to promote flowering. Removing the spent flowers as they fade will encourage even more to form.
