This unusual flower is part of the same plant family as amaryllis, with small pale pink flowers that resemble those of its better-known cousin. Flowering throughout the summer, the blue-green strap-like foliage sets the flowers off beautifully. - Garden care: Plant bulbs with the point facing upwards 10-15cm deep in spring after all chance of frost has passed. Can be planted in pots or borders, but ensure it is planted in well-draining soil as it does not like sitting in water.
