This giant Dutch crocus belongs to the vernus group, renowned for its larger-than-average glossy, dark purple blooms that open to reveal striking orange stamens and stigma. 'Flower Record' is a cormous perennial that continues to bloom for about three weeks in early spring, and is an extremely vigorous and long-lived variety, ideal for naturalising and creating a stunning impact when planted en masse in your garden year after year.
