This powerful portable oven can be used with multiple fuels so you can choose how you want to cook. With the oven alone, you can use wood or charcoal for an authentic flame grill with smoky flavours. Purchase the optional Karu gas burner (link below) and you can enjoy clean and simple propane-fuelled baking.
With a small footprint and a weather-resistant powder-coated body it makes an easy addition to a garden, balcony or outdoor kitchen. It’s also great for cooking on the go. You can quickly pack it up and bring it along to parties, barbecues and other gatherings.
The oven reaches an ideal baking temperature of 450°C/850°F in as little as 15 minutes. Once it hits its maximum of 500°C/950°F it’ll turn out perfect 30cm stonebaked pizzas in 60 seconds.
It also works as a traditional barbecue for grilling and roasting, and comes with an integrated thermometer so you can monitor the internal temperature.
To avoid cooking catastrophes the glass door lets you check on food without releasing heat. It includes a stay-cool handle and ClearView™ technology to prevent soot and ash build-up.
Each box contains the Ooni Karu 12G oven, a borosilicate oven door, burner tray and grate, 15mm thick cordierite baking stone, chimney, chimney cap, fuel hatch, draught defender plate, torx key and a manual/cooking guide.
