Ideal for planting along the water's edge or the shallow margins of your pond and thrives in bog gardens and wetland areas with consistently wet soil. This rhizomatous, woody-based perennial is highly enticing to butterflies, bees, and hoverflies.
Plant Potentilla palustris ensuring it is submerged at a depth of up to 10cm in consistently moist soil or positioned at the water line along your pond margin. The recommended planting depth is 0-10 cm (0-4 inches). Trim flowered stems down to ground level in the autumn.
